1. General description of the service
Coboc GmbH & Co. KG operates an online store at www.coboc.biz for e-bikes and accessories, as well as complementary digital services (including product and information pages, a help center, and warranty registration). Through the website, consumers can select, order, and pay for products, as well as access support and service offerings. Coboc is committed to making its digital services accessible in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Accessibility (BFSG). This statement applies to all e-commerce services on the website www.coboc.biz. This includes the entire website, including the online store, all product and information pages, the service and support sections (such as the Help Center and warranty registration), as well as all interactive features and forms.
2. Applicable legal requirements
The accessibility requirements for this website and online store are based on the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG) and the Regulation Implementing the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSGV). The European standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Conformity Level AA, serve as the technical benchmarks for implementation. Due to the incompatibilities and exceptions listed below, our website is currently only partially compliant with these requirements. We are continuously working to remove any remaining barriers as soon as possible.

Coboc GmbH & Co. KG is committed to implementing the accessibility requirements of the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG). However, this cannot yet be fully achieved for the areas listed below. In this regard, Coboc invokes the exception for disproportionate burden under Section 17 of the BFSG. The areas and functions listed below are not currently fully accessible. We are in the midst of an ongoing revision process to systematically address these technical shortcomings:

Some images, graphics, and user controls on our website do not yet have complete alternative text, so they cannot be optimally detected by screen readers.
Usability and Navigation
There may be some limitations regarding navigation. In some cases, click and touch targets (especially on mobile devices) are too small or the spacing between them is too narrow. In addition, some links and buttons are not clearly labeled, and list structures in the code are not fully compliant with standards.
Forms and Interactive Elements
In forms and drop-down menus, labels or technical names for assistive technologies (such as screen readers) are sometimes incorrect or incomplete.
Design and Contrast
In some places, the color contrast between the text and the background does not yet meet the recommended minimum requirements, which can make the text difficult to read.
Embedded Third-Party Content
Some embedded frames (iFrames), such as those from external service providers, do not have descriptive title attributes and have not yet been fully optimized for accessibility.
A fix is planned for future updates.

Coboc GmbH & Co. KG provides the Coboc App, a mobile application for iOS and Android devices (available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store). The app serves as a digital extension of Coboc e-bikes and allows users to customize riding modes, view ride data, and access information about their e-bike. In addition, the app offers a built-in way to contact Coboc Support. Coboc is committed to making its digital services accessible in accordance with the German Act on the Promotion of Accessibility (BFSG). This statement applies to all e-commerce services within the Coboc mobile app for iOS and Android. This includes all app features for bike configuration and data display, the support interfaces, and all interactive controls and forms.
